Restore a purchase
Open OnShot → Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.
Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by a card form in the app. Cancel in your store account. Deleting the app does not cancel billing.
Photo log looks wrong
Tap the item and fix the name or the portion. The scan is a draft. Better light and a tighter crop help the next one.
Delete my data
Settings → Delete data, or delete the app. Week 1 stores logs on your phone, not on our servers.
